ADel Beaute is owned and operated by Andrea Hargrow. She is a self-taught freelance makeup artist who has received training from many reputable makeup artists. Andrea is committed to creating an educational and memorable experience for those she serves. Andrea has participated in several bridal parties, photoshoots, baby showers, makeovers, and birthday glam experiences.

Andrea has recently obtained her Microblading Certificate and looks forward to providing yet another luxury service to her clients.
Andrea has a focus on ensuring client satisfaction. Andrea will continue to seek training and further her knowledge to ensure that her clients are serviced with the best products and practices.
Policies.
Location

Makeup services are provided in a private salon space unless another location is provided by the artist.

Guests are not permitted in the space unless discussed with the artist prior due to limited space. If guest is permitted they must wear a mask at all times.

If at any point the artist feels unsafe she reserves the right to cancel the appointment, ask you to leave and/or leave the location.

TRAVEL

The artist will ONLY travel for Weddings, Photoshoots full days, Senior Citizens, and Group Parties over 4 , please note that a travel fee will be associated based on the North Carolina travel reimbursement rate (.56/mile) and an additional $35.

EARLY BIRD & night owl APPOINTMENTS

Appointments before 8 am and after 8pm please email adel.beaute@gmail.com to confirm availability. These appointment are an additional $30.
Emergency APPOINTMENTS
-
Appointments requested in less than 24hrs please email adel.beaute@gmail.com or send me a message via the booking site to confirm availability. These appointment are an additional $30​.
Cancellations
-
ADel Beaute’ understands that things happen. Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellation or ask to reschedule. Retainers are non-refundable and can only be transferred once.

Failure to provide notice will be considered a no call no show and services will be refused in the future.

15 minute tardy without communication will be considered a no call no show.
-
15 minute tardy with communication will be at the artist's discretion based on the schedule with a possible $15 inconvenience fee.
Photos and Media
-
The artist will ask your permission to take photos for the use of portfolio and business promotion if you wish to not be photographed you are welcomed to decline..
Satisfaction
-
Makeup is completed to the client's satisfaction, acceptance of complete application is an acknowledgment of satisfaction.

Client/artist departure is also an acknowledgment of satisfaction.

Acknowledgment of satisfaction won't be refunded.
Liability
-
The client is responsible for letting the artist know of any allergies. Failure to do so is at no fault of ADel Beaute'.

All makeup, brushes, and skincare are regularly sanitized and after every makeup application.
-
The client is responsible for all damaged products or equipment at a full retail value not at fault of the artist.
